Legend behind Rudraksha
The term Rudraksha literally means the "eyes" of
Shiva and is so named because of the great blessing that He gave us.
The Shiva Purana describes Rudraksha's origin as
Lord Shiva's tears. He had been meditating for many years for the welfare
of all creatures. On opening the eyes, hot drops of tears rolled down and
touch the Earth. Where these tears fell, the Rudraksha trees began to grow.
There are many types of Rudraksha based on the number of natural
lines called faces or mukhi. Each type is said to have different benefit.

In this most degraded age of kali-yuga, one bead is the king
